This is a new browser implementation. It does not include or execute the
historical Comma Destroyer/Max software, Tuning Partner CD recordings, private
archive assets, presentation slides or recovered third-party code.

The app-scoped consent controller and isolated analytics frame are adapted from
MusEDLab's Listening Architecture implementation, 2026. Existing rights remain
with their holders; inclusion here makes no ownership transfer.

No third-party JavaScript library, font or audio sample is bundled. Standard
browser Web Audio, MediaRecorder and platform APIs provide synthesis/recording.
If optional analytics is accepted, Google's hosted tag is loaded in a restricted
frame. Google software and services remain subject to Google's own terms; no
rights in them are claimed. Reference links are citations, not bundled content.

The tp wordmark is provisional. Names and institutional marks retain their
existing ownership. The software is experimental and provided without a
performance, availability or fitness guarantee.
